The Corporate Relations and Placement Cell is a bridge between the corporate world and the students, which helps them to cross the domains of better and informed career choices. We maintain an industry interface and invite eminent Personalities from the industry to share their knowledge and experience with the students through a series of guest lectures, workshops, presentations and informal get-togethers. CRTC facilitates and monitors campus recruitment process. The placement activities at NBA attempt to match the corporate expectations and the students themselves play an active role in the placement activities at the campus. The Institute, consistent with its visionary objectives, focuses on grooming students to turn out into leaders and agents of change & leadership in business, matching industry expectations.

Our Goal is to primarily:
- Identify prospective employers & their requirement in terms of skill sets and develop the same in our students..
- Help prospective employers reach out to our students to meet their personnel needs.
- Help students identify employers according to their interests and competencies.
- Build in the students the competencies that are of value to the prospective employers, both in contemporary as well as future perspective.
- Help prospective employers articulate their human resources needs and accordingly prepare and recommend students for internship and placement.
Final Placement
Campus Placement is undertaken by inviting organizations from the different sectors to place all our students at different positions. Placement support is provided industry / function /area wise.
